hard to believe - the dial remains white (i mean the letters on the dial), and also the code A84 is not usual for High Tech, i had a few but never seen this code before... anyway, i'll trust your expertise... thank you

I believe Rob is correct, your hands have just become faded. The watch is 27 yrs. old. I've seen this before on other Swatches. The white on the dial maybe just a diff. type material. The A84 is for Oct. 1984 the correct year for the High Tech.

well, that's a real weird one: from the bottom of my wisdom, i think that should be an Oxford Navy... But what about the black case and the yellow hands?code on the back 5121...

Also your hands have been yellowed by sunlight... The case is probably dark blue, but very dark blue. That is the way it is supposed to be...

again - you're right... the case is dark blue, in the daylight it seems black, but at fluorescent light i can see is dark blue... anyway, i'll keep searching my collection to find any other interesting sun-light yellowed watches, perhaps i'll release a new Swatch category...

best regards
dorel

I see it has a plastic peeloff cover to protect the dial. I think I'd rather have a Swatch Guard Too on there instead of that than seeing all those bubbles, but that's your call. :)

good point... thank you...but as i was always saying, i'm not a collector, i'll list the sun over-burned thing on eBay right now, so i'll offer the guard-too as a gift for the next owner... :)
anyway, thank you for the tip... i will apply this to my "dream-team" babies
