Could anyone help me - I recently had a 'swatch' bought for me as a present. I've had a few swatches over the years and have never had any problems with them, however this one constantly loses time and sometimes just stops altogether for 10 or so mins. I've changed the battery a few times and cleaned the contact points where the battery goes and nothing has helped. I tried looking up the watch on the internet and havent been able to find one exactly the same which makes me wonder if it is a fake. It is called a 'brise glace' design and has a pale mint green dial with frosted plastic cover and silver numbers. The strap is a pale green/grey plastic and the dial glows in the dark.
