Squiggly is invites you to take a walk on Memory Lane. A Street of Swatch where each watch is a memory for someone. Every week a member of the Swatch-Clopedia forum has the opportunity to take out 5 watches of this list, and enter 5 new ones.

1983 GB103	Gb103	EUR 635.29 (= GBP 543.09) (Incl. VAT)
This watch was the face of this first Swatch collection in the marketing campaigns. Later the GB117 Nine to Six was based on this model. The strap should be a 7 hole black plastic band. The case is black and frames a white dial with a big 3, a black outlined 6, a smaller black 9 and a tiny 12. Black hour, minute and second hands show the time.

LR101	1983 Lr101	EUR 322.69 (= GBP 275.85) (Incl. VAT)
This is one of the 6 first lady watches ever produced by Swatch. Together with the LM100 these watches were called the pyjamas watches, because of the stripes on the dial. The case and strap of the watch are wine red. All the hands are white.

1984 GM100	Grey Memphis	EUR 605.04 (= GBP 517.23) (Incl. VAT)
This 1984 model is one of the most difficult watches to find and there's a big demand for mint pieces by collectors. The strap and the case of the watch are light grey. The dial has different types of patterns, which resembles the Memphis style from famous designers Like Mendini, Sottsas etc. from the 1980's. The fluorescent green hour and minute hand and the pink second hand mark the time.

Swatch has always had a good relationship with the Olympic movement and this started in 1984 with the GZ400 Olympia Logo. The GZ400RE is a re-edition that has been given to athletes from 1985 till 1988. The plastic strap and case are black. The dial is white with black indices. Below the black hands is the five rings of the Olympia Logo.

The Lady Golden Tan from 1985 used to be one of the most rare Lady watches to be found. Collectors paid big money to get this piece for their collection. This lady version of the GT103 was released one year later then the gents version. The strap and case of this watch have a "creme" colour. The dial has a gold grid in the centre is surrounded by a creme ring with black numbers. Gold hour, minutes and second hands show the time.

Christmas Special 1987 Bergstrüssli was the first real Christmas Special. It's limited to 9,999 pieces and the ornaments on the black plastic strap can also be used as earrings. The matt transparent case frames a silver dial with the design of the Swiss national flower. Gold hour and minute hands and a red second hand mark the time.

1988 GZ110	Le Temps Ponctue	EUR 196.64 (= GBP 168.10) (Incl. VAT)
This watch has been sold as a limited edition of 5,000 pieces and is exclusively designed for Swatch by Pol Bury. The black plastic strap is attached to the black plastic case, which on its turn frames a weird black dial. One is supposed to read the time from the white dots on the lower dial that shine through the holes in the top dial. This watch is part of a set of three, called together the Fondation Maeght Set.

The LW123 Seventeen-Seven was brought out in 1988 as part of a set of four named the "Kids collection". The plastic strap shows centimeters and inches on its yellow and black surface. The white case frames a dial that is yellow on the top and black on the bottom and has black and white Arabic numbers and black minute indices. Green arrow hour and minute hands and a thin green second hand show the time.

The GB124 Harajuku is a couple together with the GG104 Shibuya. Both are designs inspired by bold Japanese characters. The black plastic strap has a print layer with the bold graphics. The Swatch LB125 Sun Lady is part of series together with the GN105 Rush For Heaven and GB128 Eclipses. The printed strap shows different polarized pictures from a beetle, an alien, an owl etc. The black plastic case frames the black dial which repeats the same design as the strap with a laughing face of a lady. Red hour an minute hands and a yellow second hand show the time.

This is one of a set of four special Swatch watches of which every unique pieces has been individually certified by the COSC (Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres, the Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute) to show that Swatch watches can run just as precise as any other expensive watch. The Jelly Fish chronometer is extra funny, because the jelly Fish is considered the Mother of all Swatch watches and is completely transparent, so you can see the mechanism.

A great classic design with a mirror dial with a cutout 6 and 8. The ribbed black plastic strap is attached to a fume grey case. The plastic case frames the mirror dial with a triangle at 12 o'clock. Shiny silver hands with blue filling and a shiny silver second hand show the time.

The name of this watch is a word play between high-speed and ice-speed. This Swatch LK138 is part of the series "Giro Del Mondo" together with the GN121, GJ108 and the LJ104, which all have a colorful but polar design. The strap of the Snow collages are multicolored and both have SK8, which stands for "skate". The dark purple dial also has a silvery 8 as main feature, but also has numbers on all hours accept the 6 where a big orange triangle marks the hour. Bright yellow hour and minute hands and a hot pink second hand show the time.
