Welcome to the Squiggly newsletter of May 22, 2009.
This week we received a few special items. The new World Museum special came in as well as some special skin watches. We also received a few different versions of the Happy Joe and Happy Jenny.
Rob kept himself busy with the bookkeeping this week and spend some time downstairs to help with the order process. Jeroen spend most of the time in our shop this week.
Elske and Maria took care of the usual issues such as the customer communications, packing orders and filling the stock with all the watches and bijoux that came in.
Marcel took some time to design some promotion material for the shop and fixed some problems on the website.

Happy Joe Collection
In the year 1997 Swatch made a series of Happy Joe and Happy Jenny watches. These models have always been popular with the Swatch fans. In follow up on this series, Swatch released a few different versions in Japan in 2002.
Now, 2009,
Swatch reproduced the Happy Joe and Happy Jenny with 6 models.

2009 World Museum Special
During the 12th Swatch bourse at the world museum, a new World Museum special was released. The special comes with a GW145 - Playful Pins and is limited and numbered to 57 pcs. The special has been designed by an Italian artist called Sergio Dangelo.

a. Nicholas G. Hayek center 2nd anniversary
The Nicholas G. Hayek center in Tokyo will celebrate its second anniversary on May 24. To commemorate the anniversary, a Nicholas G. Hayek center 2nd anniversary special swatch will be released on that day. The watch is a GW137 with a special strap, limited to 450 pcs, with a numbered sleeve.

The last watch of the Manish Arora collection, the skin; Over Charm - SFM110G, will be available soon. This watch will come in a very nice special packaging that is shaped as a pink diamond.
