Squiggly has three types of warranty. |

1. Official Swatch 2 years warranty with the Squiggly+ warranty. |
All Swatch watches on our web site except the ones in the below categories have two years of Swatch warranty…
Squiggly adds to this a 3 month Squiggly+ warranty which gives you the right to get the same model, as you bought with us, in case you have problems with the mechanism of the watch.
If we don't have that model anymore, we will give you a full credit of the price you paid for the watch. We do not compensate postage expenses, but we will NOT CHARGE you for sending back the repaired/replaced watch. The warranty does not cover problems with the battery, crystal, the plastic box or the strap.
After the three month Squiggly warranty you still have 21 months of Swatch warranty. This factory warranty means the following: In case of defects covered by the warranty, your Swatch, at the sole option of Swatch Ltd. will be repaired or be replaced free of charge. In case of replacement it cannot be guaranteed that you will receive the same model, but you will get a watch of the same value. This guarantee you can get at Squiggly or at any official Swatch retailer worldwide.

2. 1 Year of Squiggly warranty. |

Certain models that we can no longer obtain from Swatch, we buy through other dealers or collectors. Swatch logically does not give guarantee on these watches, but we as a seller of the product want to let you know we stand behind our product. Squiggly gives one year of full guarantee on the watch. In case of defects covered by the warranty, your Swatch, at the sole option of Squiggly Trading B.V.. will be repaired or be replaced free of charge. In case of replacement it cannot be guaranteed that you will receive the same model. This warranty you can get at only at Squiggly Trading B.V., The Netherlands. |

3. DOA warranty. |

Our Refurbished watches have Dead On Arrival guarantee from Squiggly. When you have received a refurbished watch from Squiggly, you need to check right away if the watch is as it should be. After one week, you no longer have guarantee on the watch. |
