The red plastic strap of this Original Gent features a variety of colourful signs and symbols representing different aspects of Chinese culture. Flowers evoke the decorative arts, a butterfly represents nature and freedom, and the familiar yin-yang symbol brings philosophy to the wrist with a reference to complementary opposites-man and woman, East and West, and so on. A transparent plastic buckle, frosted plastic loop and the traditional transparent plastic case set off the strap and the silvery dial with its bright yellow sun and sun-rays running from the centre to the outer edge of the dial. Bright red Arabic numerals mark the dial at hours 3, 9 and 12, and the face of a big, black & white cartoon dog, head tilted slightly to one side, invites you to play!
