Shipping conditions

About Shipping:
Squiggly ships out the packages five times a week. We ship on every working day. We ship via various services. |

| 1. Unregistered mail. We mainly use this for small order like watch bands, batteries etc. | |
| 2. Registered mail. The most used system. You need to sign for the package upon receipt. When you're not home you can pick up the package at the local post office. | |
| 3. Parcel Plus. This service is mostly used within Europe. It is faster than the regular Postal Services. You will need to sign for the package and when you're not home, you will receive notice where you can pick up the package or make an appointment with the delivery company. | |
| 4. Express shipping. There are various parties we can use. It depends on the country of delivery. Common names are Fedex, UPS, DHL. The choice of delivery company lies solely with Squiggly Trading, not with the customer. | |
| 1. Shipping Costs. | |
| The shipping costs are calculated automatically and are shown in the shopping cart. The costs are based on the weight of the goods you order and the country of delivery. The shipping costs include handling/shipping and insurance. | |

Damages during shipping Squiggly guarantees you that you receive your order in good condition. What to do if this is not the case : a. The package does not arrive. In that case we will start after 30 days of the shipping date an official search. After 30 days of the start of the search we consider the package officially lost and we will send you the goods again. b. The goods inside the package are broken (DOA). If a special packaging inside the box is broken or a watch does not run, please contact us at info@squiggly.com and repprt us what has happened. Please mention your order number. we will ask you to send the watch back and we will replace it with a good watch. If this is not possible we will make a full refund. Standard plastic boxes will not be replaced if they are broken during shipping. |

| 3. Delivery times | |
| Squiggly ships their product directly from stock. From the moment an order is placed Squiggly will ship within 24 hours. A time indication of the shipment to your address will be given on the shopping cart during the checkout process. The moment the package leaves our office it is up to the postal companies to deliver the goods. From that moment it is out of our hands to control the delivery times. However in some countries the Postal Services have a good order tracking system and we will show this in our order tracking page. |
