  About Shipping  
  Squiggly ships out the packages five times a week. We ship on every working day. We only ship via Postal Services. We do not use any other service, not even on special request.  
     
  1. Shipping Costs.
The shipping costs are calculated automatically and are shown in the shopping cart. The costs are based on the weight of the goods you order and the country of delivery. The shipping costs include handling/shipping and insurance.
 
     
  2. Damages during shipping
Squiggly guarantees you that you receive your order in good condition. What to do if this is not the case :
a. The package does not arrive.
In that case we will start after 30 days of the shipping date an official search. After 30 days of the start of the search we consider the package officially lost and we will send you the goods again.
b. The goods inside the package are broken (DOA).
If a special packaging inside the box is broken or a watch does not run, we will ask you to send the watch back and we will replace it with a good watch. If this is not possible we will make a full refund. Standard plastic boxes will not be replaced if they are broken during shipping.
 
     
  3. Delivery times
On this list below you can see the official delivery times from Squiggly's Postal Services. Delivery times are communicated as an indication. We are not able to give a strict delivery time. We cannot be held liable for any damages, because of over due shipping times, simply because this is beyond our control. We do not accept cancellation of orders due to over due shipping times.

  **The above delivery time is an average. When we have sent the product we do not have any control over the delivery time. We are also not responsible for a delay as we have no control over it. But Squiggly remains 100% responsible for the package up to the moment you have it undamaged in your hands.
**There is no tracking system for International Mail.
