In this puzzler of a picture, a word becomes a image, an ode to abstract art. The design is everything in this very original Original Gent, as only a closer look reveals the strap and dial to be part of the same ... Swatch logo, transformed by a playful gesture into pieces of a jigsaw puzzle whose bright colour fields are separated by thick black Mondrian lines. The black plastic case frames the picture dial, absent all numerals and set off with clean white hour and minute hands that sweep across this plastic piece of modern art. |
