1a. 有關您的訂單安全
Thanks to technology by commercial server in mode security (SSL), all information that you entrust us, cannot be read during the transfer of data by any body else.
The 3d Secure company Ogone takes care of the credit card transactions. We at Squiggly do not get to see your credit card information!! When the transaction is authorized by the credit card company, we receive your order and you will an automatic confirmation e-mail.

Because Squiggly is responsible for credit card fraud, we have the right to make inquiries with your bank if the address on the card is the same as the address where we send the goods. We also have the right to cancel orders without any prior notice.

3. Cancel an order before it is sent.
You can cancel an order before it is sent. We start processing the order at 08.00 hours CET. Make sure to send us an e-mail and use as header 'cancellation order' with the order number. We will then make sure this order will not be processed and we will make sure the payment will be returned to you.

4. 退貨
Need to return an item? Squiggly has no problems with returns but please pay attention to our guidelines:
  • Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any item you purchased from Squiggly.com, for any reason.
  • You MUST contact us by e-mail at mailto:info@squiggly.com and make a formal request to be able to return the good(s). Make sure to mention your order number, otherwise we don't know what you would like to return. You will receive a reply within 24 hours from us, with the correct procedure to return the goods.

  • When you return the goods, again make sure to add the order number!
  • We cannot accept returns of items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • When a refund is given, we will do this within the term that is set by Dutch law, which is within 14 days.
5. 關於訴訟
The complaints or disputes will be always received with benevolence, the good faith being always supposed. Please send your complaint to: info@squiggly.com with 'complaint' in the header and we will respond to your complaint within 24 hours. Nevertheless, in the event of litigation, the buyer needs to address us to obtain a friendly solution. Squiggly is a company with a good name and reputation and wants to keep it this way. We are sure a good solution can always be found.
