Tracking sound and music from the non-stop digital city. The black silicone strap of this electrifying Irony Chrono features yellow columns that recall the rise and fall of digital visuals tracking music in the night. Mounted on the solid matt black anodised aluminium case is a solid black anodised aluminium bezel with engraved silver Arabic numerals (05, 10, 15 … 00) underscored by white dots or yellow dashes. The mirrored silver dial takes up the strap’s digital visualisation theme with yellow and black pixels aligned in columns beneath a diagonal line and a light grey label signalling ‘+BASS’. Black Arabic numerals appear on the mirrored dial at hours 11, 12, 1, 2 and 3; a white-on-black date aperture opens at 4 o’clock. The 60-minute and decimal chrono counters are set off by a black semi-circle; the former has a black dial, white indexes and a yellow hand, the latter a mirrored dial, black indexes and a black squelette hand. The continuous seconds dial at 6 o’clock shows a black ring with white indexes and a yellow hand. Squelette metal hour and minute hands and a slim yellow chrono seconds hand mark the time.
