SWATCH has created a special tribute to the SWATCH FIVB World Tour 2010 in the shape of a new Chrono Plastic snowpass known as Sand Diver (SUKM400). The rugged, sporty new model presents an orange, red, blue, yellow and grey pattern that evokes the spectacular digs and dives as sand flies up on the courts. The sand-diver pattern ranges over the transparent grey silicon strap and extends to the grey and orange dial. The buckle and case are in transparent grey plastic, with solid orange plastic chrono pushers and a transparent grey plastic crown. The loop in transparent grey silicon sports the SWATCH FIVB World Tour 2010 logo, and at the tip of the 6 o’clock side of the strap is a white snowpass logo. Mounted on the case is the Chrono Plastic’s characteristic moulded plastic bezel featuring orange Arabic numerals (10, 20 … 60) and an orange minute ring. Orange Arabic numerals indicate hours 12, 04 and 08, and the chrono counters and continuous seconds counter feature orange dials, dark blue indexes and fine white hands. A dark blue-on-orange date window is positioned at the base of the continuous seconds dial at 6 o’clock. Tapered squelette hour and minute hands with white superlite highlights mark the time, and a slim white central chrono seconds hands registers stop times. The white snowpass logo at the tip of 6 o’clock strap signals the presence of Swatch snowpass technology, enabling easy access to sports facilities and resorts around the world. The snowpass technology built into this Swatch Special enables access to a wide range of events and sports venues around the world.
