In 1985 Swatch started to make limited edition watches. It was the start of the collecting craze. Still there are many collectors that only collect watches in this category.
Some watches are really limited (120 Pieces for the Kiki Picasso for instance), but some watches are not so limited at all (Oracolo etc)
The Swatch Christmas specials are the most collected watches of them all.
