Are your watches new and unworn?

Yes our watches are new old stock and unworn. We do have some refurbished watches, but these are mainly collector’s items. When a watch is not new and unworn, it is always clearly stated on the product page.

 

Do you ship to my country?

In the shopping cart you can see if shipping to your country is available.

 

We do not ship to all countries in the world. There are two main reasons for this: 1. We have experienced frequent and multiple cases of mail fraud in this particular country. 2. Your chosen shipping method is not available in your country.

 

Do you ship watches unregistered?

No, we don't. We do ship straps unregistered, but not watches.

 

Why hasn’t my order been delivered yet?

Can you adjust the watch bracelet for me?

Yes and it is free of charge! Follow the instructions on our Wrist Size Guide page to measure your wrist. Enter your measurements when you place your order, and we will pre-size your bracelet to make sure it arrives set to the correct number of links for you.

 

My watch is broken, what should I do?

In case the watch arrives damaged, we will either send you a new watch or give you a refund (when your watch is sold out). Please visit our returns and exchanges page for more information!

Why does my Swatch not look like the picture on Squiggly?

The colors of goods are reproduced as accurately as electronic processes allow. Colors may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to variations on photographic reproduction and display monitors. Also colors may fade or change over time. Products shown are not actual size, where available approximate measurements are provided. We try to ensure that the product information provided in our website is as accurate as possible, however, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our control.
